Returns & Exchanges Policy
Because we primarily focus on B2B wholesale, bulk manufacturing, and custom orders, our return and exchange policy is designed to protect both parties:
- Sample Orders: Before placing a bulk order, we strongly recommend ordering samples to check the sizing (37–47 scale) and craftsmanship. Samples are non-returnable unless there are manufacturing defects.
- Bulk Orders: Due to the custom and wholesale nature of our production, returns or exchanges for bulk shipments are only accepted if the items arrive damaged or significantly deviate from the agreed-upon specifications.
- Claims Period: Any quality claims or discrepancy reports must be submitted via email or WhatsApp within 7 days of receiving the shipment.
