Thank you for your interest in LUNO shoes. We offer free or low-cost handmade cloth shoe samples for you to evaluate the quality before placing a bulk order. Please review our sample policy before submitting your request:

1. Free Sample Limits

– Each new customer is eligible for 1 to 2 pairs of free samples.

– Additional samples beyond this quantity will be charged at our factory cost price.

2. Shipping & Handling Fees

– The customer is responsible for all shipping and handling fees.

– All sample-related costs will be fully credited to your first bulk order with us.

– We will confirm the total costs with you before shipping the samples. Samples will not be dispatched until payment is confirmed.

– Samples are shipped via DHL, FedEx, or air freight.
